Can't find a damn thing on any kind of broadcast on this one, no channels from anywhere even been trying to figure out how to get hold of DRC TV but no dice so far. Even been looking about for social media streams or whatever but.. 
That said nothing materialised for Makabu vs Cieslek til pretty late either so maybe just gotta be patient.
All I've been able to establish is that the promoter appears to also be Commander of the DRCs feared anti Riot police and is subject to US and EU sanctions for Human rights violations, which is kinda terrifying but also completely unsurprising....

Dudes also - probably not coincidentally - head of the DRCs Boxing Fedration, which I'd have to imagine would constitute some kinda conflict of interest issues in most places but hey.
