      Because it was a Golovkin fighter who was on Golovkins card and he was undefeated as well. I don't know if he had an amateur background but I'm sure he did as most those Central Asian countries are heavily invested in their amateur programs.

      Glad for Gongora though they haven't had a world champion yet so maybe he can become their first Segundo Mercado should've been their first but it is what it is.

          This was a badass fooking fight. At the 11th round, no joke, I was like this black dude doesn’t want to give up. These are the sparring sessions that still amp me up. This is what fights are all about imo. Been following Akmedov but Gongora went gangsta on dat ass!

                    Gongora was a 7-1 underdog. Akhmedov has the hype factor, known for training with GGG and abel sanchez. Thats prob why. Crazy KO though I was not expecting that.
