    When Don King dies ...

he will be replaced by Carl King. and his associates. Boxing will still be in the ****s.

we also have Frank Warren who likes to milk his fighters till there fat, ( danny williams )

didnt danny say ive beat audley, beat skelton, i want a world title shot. and his promoter did not deliver.

how many times has don king ***ed with the WBC, and been given title shots?

why is it that don king makes more money that the fighters ?

To be fair, I don't think Frank has much leverage in world sports, does he? He only represents a small island with fighters that few give a **** about (Joe Blow excepted).

Here's how the conversation went with DK when Frank asked if Danny could fight Valuev:

    Frank: "How about it, Don?"

Don: "**** off, *****! Ha ha ha - only in America, baby!"

Nigel Benn says that Larry Holmes told him: "Even now, people whisper in my ear about how he exploited me all those years. Well, I made 20 million bucks with Don King. If that's exploitation, keep it coming."

Larry has also said that he wasent happy about Don king taking 30-40% of his earnings...."but what other choice did I have?"

So at the end of the day Don king takes alot of money but he is the one who can make the biggest money for the fighters

The devil will hook you up for awhile when you sell your soul to him. Why you think nobody has ever put one in Don's head?

no because he is the only one who they think will take them to stardom and make them rich.

i think most boxer come from uneducated background so it easier for King to hustle them

Don King is corrupt but at the same time he is the best promoter especially for heavyweights. He has promoted some of the best fights in the history of boxing. Boxing is and has always been a corrupt sport and I seriously doubt it would have been better without Don King. I'm hoping the sport of boxing gets cleaner now that fighters (DeLaHoya, Hopkins, Wright, etc) have decided to enter into the arena of promoting but only time will tell.
