    I can understand why his promoter feels that way. Povetkin doesn’t have much time left in the sport and he can get hurt in the rematch against Whyte. Best of luck to Povetkin and hopefully he fares well until his retirement.

        when your promoter tells you it's time to retire you'd better listen because they are speaking against their income stream so that's a serious warning right there.

        Having said that Povetkin is still a legit top 15 HW

                If Povetkin beats Whyte again, Eddie probably lining him up for a fight with AJ.

                Eddie/AJ just love fighting retiring small elderly fighters that used to be decent fighters.
