So basically DAZN are just offering 4 months for a $10 discount, that’s really what it is.

But I can’t help but think some viewers/buyers through the cable company might not be too aware of DAZN and might just get hoodwinked into paying $70 for Canelo, not fully understanding they could just subscribe for a month for $19.99, if that’s all they wanted to see.
Some older people can't cope with an app, they just want a button on the cable.
It's kind of genius because the people who know about apps know about streaming and now your "ppv" or subscription is at a much saner price point for the tech savy who aren't going to pay 100$ per ppv or whatever anyway.

What happened to “PPV is dead”, “the American takeover” etc etc etc? Was all that a lie? Was it just a load of old bllx?
“The takeover will not be televised”....lol

Very smart by DAZN, you don’t want to watch on a app? Well pay 70 dollars to watch Canelo/Smith plus four months of whatever fight is scheduled. Very smart..

DAZN is - by far - the best boxing option in America. Its not even close. The value goes down significantly if Canelo leaves but its STILL bettee than everything PBC does and better than TR
I disagree. DAZN has some decent fights and potential for some solid ones, but they don’t have a variety of names. I personally like what top rank has been doing on ESPN with Crawford, Lopez, Loma, and Stevenson for free just as much (if not more) than what I’ve seen on DAZN for 100 bucks a year. I really don’t think after what TR has delivered this year it can be debated in regards to value. just my opinion.

Did pbc ever announce their fights would be exclusively, solely on network television for free, or that they were simply bringing boxing cards on network television, did they ever distinctly say all their programming would be free?

                I’m seriously asking no troll

Back in 2015, did they market it as only free fights from here on out?

Lets not all be ****** here.....I'll break the chain....DAZN is only doing this to help pay for Canelo.....they KNOW he won't be coming back to the app for a VERY LONG TIME so its gonna be some rough spots after that...especially if this fight doesn't do well on PPV. They better get all they can off Canelo right now.

Keith Idec is super pro PBC. These are hit articles against DAZN with posts by the usual suspects rooting for Haymon sports and shettin on the app.

I can’t find any advertisements from DAZN news or it’s social media portals about this PPV offer. It means boxing insiders just nit picked a perk that cable providers are offering.

It’s rather smart. I guess for those whom don’t use apps or don’t know about DAZN’s price will be emailed the offer. If they don’t use the app man is it freeloading off the naive.

I mean, I pay 2 quid. DAZN is great on my TV.

I think all the anti-Hearn kids (LDBC) posters on this site should give up “who uses an app.” Lol.

Smart TV’s have Android 9, WebOS, Tizen, app friendly and in quickly in the user interface... that’s like these clowns saying “don’t press the Netflix button on the remote because it’s an app on the TV!!! Don’t choose those icons on the TV doe!”
