How is Williams able to make 147

I really don't understand how Paul Williams is making weight at 147, can someone explain how someone that big is making that weight?

the term "big" is a general term. williams is tall for a welterweight, he's just a thin guy without much musclemass or fat, and probably workout hard and eats very little to cut the weight. he probably hydrated back up to around 160 on fight night.

he makes it as that is his survival!......

any other opportunity at a higher weight will make his opponents be in more of a fair fight!!....therefore, he knows that this is his only chance.......to have such and advantage over the others!!.....i'm pretty much against it where a fighter has such an advantage over the others!

** You ain't watched enough boxing. They got 6' Mexican featherweights now.

Williams makes weight much easier than Hearns who made the welt limit back on same day weighins. Williams has 36 hrs to recharge and rehydrate after weighin.

Yeah on fight night he weighed(according to HBO) like 158.

                    He's a tall welterweight.
