    Barrios Vs. Guzman in September

Wow. What a terrible beating Guzman is after. He must be feeling pretty good after his huge win over.....terdsack? Lets not forget that big win over Javier Jauregui either.

Barrios by sick stoppage or KO.

Both guys like to mix it up. But Guzman has never been in the ring with anyone near the caliber of Barrios. If guzman tries to stand in the phone booth with Barrios, he's going to sleep early.

His wins over Terdsak and Jauregui were 2 pretty good wins actually. He schooled both of them. Now he is stepping up. Every boxer does it at some time. People say oh hes never fought anyone as good as Barrios, well that is why it is called a step up. Boxers step up all the time against better comp than they have been fighting. I think Guzman is gonna be too much for Barrios, hes ready to step up. Its not like hes ever been close to losing. Barrios is to slow and Guzman is to fast and powerfull, and one of the best combination throwers i have seen in a while. When Guzman is at his best and puts his punches together it is a beautiful thing. Guzman is going to win this one.

But when Guzman mixes it up he still does very well defensively. He will land his shots then slip and counter. He fights very smart even while fighting in a phine booth. I agree his chin will deffinately be tested in this fight but I still think hes going to win.

Guzman will pull through for all us Dominicans. Barrios is a tough SOB so it's basically a toss-up but i like Guzman's skills in this one.

I think this fight will actually be a fairly lopsided win for Guzman. Decision something like 9 rounds to 3.
