Looking at Boxrec top 20 168, a guy like Willie Monroe would likely give him rds.
Gabe Rosado would be a fun fight.
If he starts off with both those guys as W's in the new year he should have a title shot by years end.

Monroe and Rosado wont give hi the rounds.
Berlanga is a big 168lber on the ring. Monroe was a 160lbers, Rosado is a former 154lber.
Better to put a tough journeyman of the same size if getting rounds is the goal.
