Didn't know he had that in his skillset.

That was my favorite mayweather punch. Beautiful punch.

Joshua also made Ruiz’s combinations look as beautiful as Marquez in their first fight

Time for an elite level fight for Joshua, he’s the only top 3 heavy without one. Less style more substance

I'd like to see a gif I don't recall. Sounds like Something Fury could and would do.

I think Joshua showed a bit of everything in this fight. He showed the good movement and smart boxing of the Ruiz rematch but also brought back the killer instinct that he's not really shown for a good while now. It was probably his most complete performance to date.

To be honest, although Ruiz got the job done, I don't think any of his combinations looked great. Not at all.
Don't get me wrong, I respect the man and he's a special boxer, but with taller guys he often looks like he's just swinging wildly way above his head. The hands are fast though.

As far as beautiful combos or set-ups go, that uppercut by Povetkin recently was a beauty.

Fury has fought reigning champion Wlad in his backyard, and undefeated Wilder twice in the US. Sure the Wilder win has debatable quality

Joshua does not have an elite opponent on his resume. All of those you have listed are 2nd tier heavyweights. Closest is Wlad, two years coming off a loss. Even Wilder has fought Fury twice

You should be encouraging Joshua to finally step up rather than settle for a wider list of lower grade fighters

Fair enough. I was being pedantic and open enough to admit it

That Povetkin uppercut was a beauty. It’s a shame we didn’t get to see Wilder/Povetkin a few years back... definitely an interesting fight
