Nice slug fest, decent performance but no near world level, well he is just 26 years.

Has Hughie ever fought recently without being cut ?

I'm thinking it is always going to be a problem going forward irrespective of age and experience!

Hughie is just a good solid pro. He is not really terribly strong in any area, but he isn't fantastically weak in any area either. Wach is just a "C" level fighter, and not a great win. But Fury is putting himself in a place a bigger fight will happen for him while Tyson and AJ sort out the top of this division. There are a ton of boxers that will need to get bouts to occupy their early to mid 2021. Hughie will get paid for a good fight next year.

Heck, if Usyk needs to step aside to wait for his mandatory, he is not the kind of fighter who wants to be inactive. Fury is certainly a better HW than who he has fought so far. Why not?

He doesn't have the power to mix it with the best.

He's a tidy boxer with great combinations at times but he'll never have the power needed at that level

Hughie Vs Joe Joyce looks like it could work well, let's just hope it happens.
