Just to let you know Clotteys opponet was tougher then Mitchell and Martysee, and in both Williams didn't look flawles.

How can you say Clottey is not a good opponet, sure Margarito will knocke him out but Margarito will also knocke out Williams.

Clottey is a fighter that many say beat Baldomier. And why is Mayweather fighting Baldomier? Its an easy win for Floyd but im sure you're ok with this right?

I for one hope that Margarito fights Williams, then we'll see if Williams can bounce back as Cintron did after he gets ko'd. Margarito please fight Williams!

You guys let Max Kellerman boost your head about Clottey. Do you guys realize that fight was like 7 or 8 years ago? Do you also realize that Baldy had 9 losses at the time and since hasnt lost in 20 fights. That Clottey fight happened when Baldy was like in fight 3 of that streak. Basically Baldy was still that same 9 loss guy then.

Anyone who watched Clottey fight last month couldnt be impressed and there is no way in hell that Clottey could beat Baldy now

Actually its the othe way around. Its Max who brainwashed everybody about Williams. Hes good i don't doubt that but he wants to fight a bull, i hope he gets his wish.

thats your opinion...and i respect peoples legitamite opinions...but tell me what williams has done that clottey hasnt...why is williams such more of a draw than clottey...why is williams so more deserving and creditable than clottey...you make it sound like williams is the greatest and clottey is a bum....

You can say stuff like that about anyone and thats what alot of people say about Margarito himself but anything you say like that between Clottey & Williams the Williams comes out on top. He has by far the best win with Mitchell, he is by far a more exciting fighter, he's from GA so he has a big following, he's been on HBO more, and he has been more impressive. No one was impressed with Clottey's last win and no one likes the way he slaps half the time and most of all Williams is his mandatory.

Your post is lame as hell. You should read above of what I said about Baldy vs Clottey. Thats like saying the guy who KO Pac 7 years ago is a beast and deserves a fight? You can stop that **** that Clottey's opponent was much tougher then a Mitchell who has fought everyone and been there and done that. Stop trying to boost up your boy. Margarito may Knock him out but atleast its a much better fight then Clottey and he is his mandatory so Margarito should step up. He was quick to step up when it was Cintron but not Williams? Thats because Cintron fights just like Margarito but isnt as good and Margarito knew that. Williams however doesnt fight like Margarito and fights somewhat like a Santos who gave Margarito many problems and is also a big Southpaw.

Also that holding crap is B.S. It was Mitchell who was doing all the holding tonight. How can a guy who throws a 100 punces per round be a guy who likes to hold? Get real. It also happeneds alot because he is just so tall that when both guys swing then the smaller guy ends up in his waist but that shouldnt be a factor with another tall guy like Margarito

please, mitchell is the biggest win?...it looked like he was fighting his little brother...i thought the clottey/guttierez fight was better than both williams fights. im not dissin williams...but you got weak reasoning...margarito/arum isnt ducking williams...williams fought a name in mitchell, not a welterweight...if you knew anything you would know that...dont rush the fight, margarito/williams will come...if i were you i would be hoping williams takes a couple more fights to work on that defense...cause margarito will hurt that boy with that kind of defense...

Dude, you act like Im Williams biggest fan. I just think he is a much better win for Margarito then Clottey is. If Margarito beats Clottey then no one will care and that fight wont even get that much leadup hype. If he fights Williams then there will be alot of hype surronding it, a big leadup, and he will get much more credit for that win.

You can say what you want about Mitchell but he is a 10x bigger win then Guiterez. Go look at his resume on Boxrec. You havent heard of anyone he fought, his last fight before Clottey was against a guy who was just 9-3 and his fight before that was against a guy with 16 losses, and believe me it gets worse before that. I cant even believe HBO put that fight on and Clottey still looked like ****. Matter of fact, I made a thread right after that fight saying how Clottey holds way more then Ruiz & Hatton combined. No one wants to see that
