Brook's chin is shot. He got really hurt by a jab that even Crawford was surprised and he could not recover.

Brook has always been better than Garcia which is why the fight never happened.

At this point maybe Brook is too far past prime, his body damaged by facing the best and actually trying to win while Danny has been mostly cherry picking. Brook tried to beat Spence/Crawford/GGG, Garcia was fighting safety first and accepted a decision loss without resistance.

I guess fighting Lucas, Thurman, Khan or Porter doesn't mean anything to you.
