Don't need a British license to fight in the UK. Haye-Chisora got around having their licenses removed by getting licensed in a different country but fighting in the UK. Nothings stopping him from getting a British license either.
But Usyk can be mandatory for years, even after showing nothing. Fury isn't worried about fighting in the UK, the world is his oyster. AJ with the "come to me" even after the 90000 fan gimmick broke down. If Mohamed can't go to the mountain, then AJ needs to go where Fury can fight.

Let’s see what the WBO has to say about that. Hopefully they don’t try to strip him.

People always point to AJ not fighting enough but the reality is he’s a target because he is...there’s literally no difference from when Wilder or Fury who never even had a title defense was champion beyond AJ is more professional at how he conducts his planning and promotion .there’s more money invested with him so there’s longer training camps .
People claim Usyk fought at HW but the amateur categories are different - super-heavyweight is the real HW. Beating a novice Joyce in the amateurs - doesn't mean a lot especially since Joyce isn't even ranked top-10 pro ranks at the moment.

Well I like AJ best out of Fury and Wilder but he still needs to fight at least twice a year - he's wasting his peak years.

If you fought Pulev this summer like you should have, you could be doing the Usyk fight this weekend. Stop trying to get out of your difficult mandatories.

The fight was at SHW in the ams. No way Joyce could have made 199. And Joyce wasn't a "novice amateur" that fight was at the World Series of Boxing in 2013, one year after Joyce won the English National Championship.

But yes Fury should get priority. Usyk has only beat Chisora and a nobody at HW . Usyk should wait and fight the winner of Fury Vs AJ. That would be fair.
Usyk should fight Joe Joyce while AJ is fighting Fury.

Then, the winner of Usyk-Joyce should fight the undisputed champ.

It would give Usyk another fight under his belt at Heavyweight, and then the fight will be Undisputed Crusierweight champ vs Undisputed Heavyweight champ.

Why? Nobody in their right mind would go "Well, If I do nothing I will fight for the heavyweight championship of the world, but whatever. I'll fight Joe Joyce instead!"

If he just sits around doing nothing while waiting to fight AJ, it's a cash out where he's showing up to lose. Like how GGG plays it safe between Canelo fights, still waiting for the 3rd.

Usyk and Joyce could use a fight against each other to prepare for AJ or Fury. Obviously, the loss would be even more devastating than Dubois losing, because Dubois has time to make a comeback. But as a fan, I'd like to see Usyk and Joyce fight. I understand that as Undisputed Cruiserweight champ, Usyk deserves a shot at a Heavyweight belt, but his wins at Heavyweight were subpar performances over subpar opponents.

Like how every mandatory does things once they're mandatory? Know who Pulev fought since becoming mandatory? Bogdan Duno. Know who Povetkin fought? Nobody.

Guys who are mandatories don't go and fight top 10 guys. Especially when majority of the time they had an easier fight to become the damn mandatory Fury waited on Klitschko. That wasn't a cash out.

Fury has been a Heavyweight his whole life, he was tested and in his prime. 27 years old against a 39 year old Wlad.

Usyk must have questions about himself at Heavyweight after that Chisora performance. I get that he doesn't want to risk that payday though.
