Boxing is struggling and we know why the circus freak show fights sell more.

Spence was going to UD Garcia, garcia has a good chin but would get outboxed, probably not get dropped, has the power to keep spence cautious from opening up and going for the KO. Predictable and boring fight, sure there are other outcomes that could have happened but that was the most likely.

Mayweather vs paul, everyone wants to see paul get ***ed up, then his dumb fans think he might actually win, it will sell huge.

Tyson vs Jones, people thought Tyson might not hold back and KO jones, a lot payed to see tyson have another KO which thankfully didnt happen and jones was safe.

The circus fights have appeal to a larger audience, everyone knows who Tyson, Logan, Mayweather are and are interested in seeing a KO. A lot of those people never heard of garcia or spence and arent going to pay to watch a 12 round decision.

Seems likes were finally at that point. 150k -200k buys will be the norm for non-blockbuster fights. Unless Jermall fights Canelo,Tank fights Teo or Spence fights Pac/Bud....cant see how they can continue to justify putting their fights on PPV.

Fury vs Joshua...I would gladly pay
Spence vs Crawford...I would gladly pay
Joshua vs Wilder....i would gladly pay

Every other matchup can **** off if its gonna be on PPV.

Yeah those i would likely pay, even if you can get a stream you dont know if it would be reliable. I also liked the movie theater fights, watched a few of floyds in there.

I did buy fury vs wilder, the second one, you knew there is a chance of a KO and its a big matchup. Most of this other matches ups they have are not PPV material at all. Not for ***ing 80 dollars, make it like 15-20 dollars if you going to do ppv.

I don't think this fight is going to reach 300k buys, but I'll be surprised if it does less than Tank vs LSC.
Didn’t sound like he just threw it out there. His point was that we got good fights like Spence-Garcia which are drawing flies while the freakshows are stealing attention. And thus why he thinks boxing needs to start putting together the super fights (joshua-Fury, Crawford-Spence) to pull back the attention.

I honestly don’t know why people even quote this guy. It’s just lies, lies and more lies.

He asked Kugan what it did and then Kugan asked him if he knew and he just said 150k maybe 200k. That's him throwing it out. This is the same guy that was saying Spence/M.Garcia was going to do maybe a 100k and even afterwards was making his sly comments about it.

He sure knows the numbers to every other event that isn't involving his own and on those he won't ever throw a number out like this lol. Will just say "around that" or "close to that amount."

Again, I will be surprised if Spence/Garcia did less than Tank vs LSC. It may have fallen short of 300k buys, but 250-275k buys sounds about right.

PPV numbers have been low for the PBC cards, wouldn’t be surprised. I would be surprised, however, if PBC actually made a fight the fans want to see. Spence vs Crawford needs to be made next.

The top WW’s are not stars by any means, other than the almighty Filipino.

They have no buzz amongst casuals.
Not entertaining enough, inside or outside the ring.
