Go with PBC Bud, it's time to move

It's going to be painful for Bud, if Spence vs. Pacquiao gets made! First, he had to watch Spence and Mikey draw 47K to AT&T stadium, in a PPV fight. Then his BFF (Shawn Porter) gets a fight with Spence. Then he claims his priority is getting Pacquiao next, after beating a washed up Kell Brook, and Spence seems closer to that fight than he is! Time to go! Fight Vergil Ortiz Jr., and then BOUNCE!Comment

DAZN can’t afford Crawford? Crawford makes $3-4mil a fight...Comment

Crawford vs PAC PPV does well on any platform. PAC isn’t married to PBC anymore.
The average pay for PBC Champs, formers, non PPV, was $2mil before the pandemic. Crawford already makes more than that.
So, you think there’s optimism for Crawford vs Thurman PPV? Haymon would guarantee Crawford his minimum guarantee at ESPN for a Thurman fight? Haymon would do the same with a Porter fight though Crawford said he isn’t interested in fighting Porter, so what difference does it make should he go to PBC?
Or does Haymon entertain Crawford a $2mil for a Josesito Lopez fight to build the Thurman fight? You see, it doesn’t make sense for Crawford to go to PBC unless Haymon makes 154 fights.
Spence and Crawford aren’t agreeing in splits to begin with, so what minimum does Haymon have to guarantee Crawford to make the PPV fight? $8mil?Comment

And as you should have learned with Mikey, Canelo and G, DAZN likes to do large contracts for X fights with the assumption being that at least one of the opponents will help draw enough to recoup.
There's nobody that fights on DAZN with that much draw that could tangle with Crawford except MAYBE Mikey. And Crawford doesn't want that smoke.
Crawford wants the big money for C-level opposition. DAZN is not going to do that.Comment

Hopefully he doesn’t have to, because that would be bad for boxing. No boxer should be forced in that sense. For example Matchroom have invested heavily in female boxing, they signing a lot of them, and they are now trying to find opponents for those ladies, they are sending offers out to them just like they did with Wilder, those ladies didn’t have to accept it and some don’t. And they don’t have to sign with matchroom to get those who are signed to matchroom.Comment
