If Errol fights Manny in the summer Bud vs Showtime Shawn or Keef are the only fights worth Bud taking.

If Bud doesn't fight one of those guys fook him wanting 60/40 he should take 30/70 if it's the best he can get & cross his fingers he wins & can get the cash on the other side. Assuming Errol wins at least, but if Errol loses Bud vs Manny becomes the fight.
