Cano whose has connections on the inside Says that they have a hard time finding opponents willing to fight him . It's a high risk low reward type fight he's not a money fight yet , they even had to overpay Ulises to get him to accept. Cesar Nunez one of his victims was about to fight for a Title eliminator his competition isn't as bad as it's looks . His power is just that real . You all haters

Well damn! Great research! Are you still afraid of Daniel Jacobs? I'm not! He (or Rosado) would be perfect for that June 21st date in MSG! That could be the headliner, unless Verdejo was fighting Teofimo Lopez! No disrespect if you were not the one afraid of Berlanga fighting Jacobs! I really would like to see that! I heard Jacobs was thinking of going back to Andre Rozier? I hope not! Enjoy the holidays! I already have Coquito coming through my pores! Lol!Bronx2245 always good to hear your perspective on the sport of boxing. Like I said I looked up his opponents record, and it wasn't the greatest, but it wasn't the worst either. I think he's been matched well, his opponents just can't take his power, I mean it's awesome. He just has to watch out for the pitfalls, that fall success. He's scheduled to fight this week on 12/12/20, then on 3/2021 in Puerto Rico, and finally on 6/12/21, in Madison Square Garden the day before the Puerto Rican Day Parade. I believe that they'll have a significant opponent facing him on the 6/12/21 card, that might also feature Felix Verdejo in a main event fight. There should be a loaded under card filled with other up, and coming Puerto Rican boxers being showcased. It looks like Berlanga might also be fighting in 9/11, or18/2021, which is the Mexican Independence Day, then probably closing out the year with a fight in 12/2021. That will add up to a record of 20-0, if he's continued his winning streak, and have fought for a world title by then, or shortly their after in early 2022.Comment

I believe it. I mean, who would want their fighter to potentially have a KO 1 loss added to their record? It looks awful and the guy hits like a goddamn heavyweight so he can do permanent damage.Cano whose has connections on the inside Says that they have a hard time finding opponents willing to fight him . Until he steps UP ....I'll reserve judgement.
In the meantime I do not think he is learning much of anything against over matched opponents.
Time to step it up for HIS own sake.Comment

Exactly I mean look at the guys Caleb Plants fighting. Vincent Feigenbutz had a tough time with Cesar Nunez, Mike lee almost lost to Jose Hernandez who got knocked out by Ulises Sierra in the 1st round . Why is Caleb not getting any **** he's fighting the same level of opposition. Berlanga making them look like bums. I can't wait until he gets a good opponent and shows everyone how good he is , I bet people will still find a reason to hate tho .Comment

That's alright brother, what I was saying before Jacobs fought Rosado. Was that since Jacobs had so much experience, and was a former champion, and Berlanga hasn't even gone past the first round. That it would be a big step up in competition, and Berlanga should wait to get some more experience, and rounds in. In light of Jacobs poor showing against Rosado, I can definitely see Berlanga fighting Jacobs, Rosado, or a whole host of other fighters on 6/21/21. By then he'll have had 2 more fights, and have probably gone past the first round. We just don't know how sturdy his chin is, how good his stamina is, and how much heart he has. All these questions will be eventually answered, but they haven't been answered yet. I wasn't afraid of him fighting Jacobs, I just didn't think that it would be a wise move. Due to the fact that Jacobs is a former champion with a record of 37-3 (30 KO's), that's a lot more experience than Berlanga. Jacobs has fought the elites of the division, is ranked #2 in the world, and has only been Knocked out once in 40 fights. If that fight was to happen, and Berlanga beat, or knocked out Jacobs , that would be a great win. That said you know that o0nce you beat the #2, your expected to fight every top fighter in the division. I think that Berlanga has a great chance of beating Jacobs, on 6/21/21.Well damn!
