      Danny landed hard body shots, Spence had to reset and recover, there's is nothing strange or telling about that. If anything he took the shots well, average fighters would fold.

        Boxing fans can be so thick sometimes. I'd argue that they're at times worse than casuals who understand performance after injury.

        Most fighters take a tune up after being out for an extended period of time. In other supports, they're brought on as subs and/or play in the reserves to regain match fitness.

        Spence took on a top fighter and dominated him. He's going to pace himself when getting ahead because he has to ensure that he has enough to go the full 12.

        What's sad is that this fight did more to show he can still compete than knocking out some journeyman in the first round would. But if he knocked out some journey man, people would be screaming "He's back!"
