Teddy Atlas thinks there was shady business behind Tyson/Jones

Supposed to be an exhibition - exhibitions don't have decisions or judges.

He's subtly implying that they set it up to have a draw decision so that people could win money on the draw.

    Probably but who cares?

And anyway the outcome really has no relevance because it doesnt go on the boxing record , so what would it have mattered if they scored the fight in one of the fighters favour and some people put a bet on that, knowing the outcome?

I suppose you get bigger odds for a draw.

I don’t know why they allowed bets for exhibitions , it’s almost as ****** as allowing bets for WWE matches

I won money on the draw on another site but they took it away claiming it wasn’t a valid bet due to a exhibition, that was clearly the best back up bet. No way was Jones going to beat Tyson who carried him .

I am not sure if this was missed by boxing fans and boxing people, but it was advertised before the fight that there will be no winner and there will be no KO’s, nothing. This was clearly advertised. The draw was not “hidden”. If people paid attention they would have read that this fight would have no winner even if Tyson or Jones won clearly.

I’m surprised they let you bet. Before the fight I read there will be no betting allowed.

And yet WWE betting is a thing. Surprisingly.

Teddy knows what Mike is capable of and to me it looked like Mike was trying his best to juuuust miss some shots.

They definitely had an agreement to not hurt one another.

                WWF style.

                It was entertaining though.

People are saying it was a success, but really? Mike Tyson should not of carried Roy Jones Junior 'People where tuning in for uninhibited violence'.

Just be honest with the viewers next time, and state the event will be hard sparring etc

Mike Tyson ether gets better or worse form this point on wards anyway 'As he seems to still be abusing his body'.
