I'm not excusing the behavior of the one cop in particular. However when you have a large, combative, resisting arrest man who refuses to put himself in a vehicle. And then on top of that is tweaking out, well as an officer you have to restrain him.

I think they could have done a better job of it, and the video doesn't look good. But yeah if you are actually interested in what happened, rather than supporting a narrative that perhaps you WANT to be true, then it just takes a few minutes to look into the story and see what really happened.
