This thing about Mike and being unbeatable in his ''prime''

Who did he beat that guys on this list couldn't ?

He was very fortunate to come around when the div was at it's weakest (up until now).

Anyone on this list would have been the youngest if they had the chance.

I believe in size in boxing. And yes, even at HW. People think that at Heavyweight, the laws of physics break down like a singularity in a black hole. Truth is things like weight, height and reach advantage is still a thing at HW. All of those guys tower over Tyson and also outweigh the 215-220lb prime Tyson.

Mike Tyson gets a lot of respect because he was an overachiever imo. He came into a HW weight class where we were already seeing giants and the 5'10" - 6-'2" HW's being the "big boys" was no longer a thing.

          Foreman beats him
          Ali has a good chance
          Lewis beats him
          Vitali beats him
          Bowe could beat him
          Evander beats him
          Fury beats him

          Tyson probably beats Wlad Klitschko
          Tyson probably beats Larry Holmes

With that said, Tyson in the era where HW's were 5'8"-6'1", 180-200lbs, on average would have absolutely destroyed competition. Tyson would have wiped the floor with HW's like Louis, Marciano, Frazier, Dempsey, J. Jeffries, Liston, J. Johnson, Tunney, etc. I can see Tyson's speed, power, and technique being too much vs some in or around his size (height/weight). Another thing about these guys was that they were around 180-200lbs, with Jack Johnson being an actual BIG HW who would have been the most similar in size to Tyson, at least in weight.

Anyway, yeah, the guys you listed are all HW giants and Tyson, let's be honest, is more of an old school HW in size (5'10", 215-220lbs).

20 year old Mike vs Holy, Lennox or Ali and Mike doesn't become the youngest champ.
