Im pretty sure that Crawford was in in southpaw and hit Brook with a quick inside lead hook that knocked him off balance.

Brook was being effective for the first few rounds with his jab but then Crawford figured him out by switching to southpaw effectively eliminating Brooks jab and forcing him to fight lead hands.

This led to an exchange where Crawford baited a hook and countered on the inside knocking brook off balance.
