Forrest was fined a percentage of his purse. Miller was never paid, therefore no purse to fine.

Can they give him a personal fine? Hit his bank, if available, instead of a non existent purse?

Maybe finish out his career fighting in Mexico/S America? Seriously, he likely has a problem physically (or mentally) and feels the need for a 'crutch' to get him in elite shape for a fight. Obviously he's chosen the wrong way to deal with it. May even need a sports psychologist to get his head straight. In interviews, he does seem kinda hard-headed... so there's a possible catch 22 as well. One thing for sure... he's on a dead-end path if he keeps this type thing up. Hopefully he can turn things around in his life, as he does have a lot of promise in the sport. SMH

If memory serves correct, Pov tested for something that never used to be banned, he got caught on trace doses of melodium a substance that had just been banned...

There’s shades of grey to this..

What will it take for them to ban this goon for life? The guy could show up to the ring wearing a backpack that's pumping glowing green liquid into him through tubes like Bane and they'd be like "3 months ban (suspended)"
