Personally I think many of Tyson's conditioning issues late in his career were down to smoking weed.

You just can't have a productive training camp if you are smoking - it needs to be cut out completely for 12 weeks IMO.

I'm pro weed, but not in the context of optimal physical conditioning in elite sports.

There are multiple mma guys who are career pot smokers and known for their gas tanks.

I was clean at the time because I was getting ready to go into the Marines.



My friends who I smoked with would smoke 3-4 blunts before practice and clock like 7 minute mile times.
