With the right training, sparring and building fights he can make a decent fighter in a 5 to 6 years

More power to him, not sure why he is been criticised. He could have sat on his couch and make more money from whatever he does. He seems to be taking this seriously, he is training, eating right, and making a go of it. Not sure why some boxers are jealous of him. He is bringing his own audience to boxing too, maybe if boxing gets its act together then someone like him wouldn't shine.

Boxing would spend TWO years talking about why a fight shouldn't happen, they would spend TWO years ducking each other. And when these YT'bers or UFC makes a little wave then we would start crying.

You start luring in A-list celebs or even Youtube and social media celebs, maybe some athletes from other sports or WWE, and the money will start pouring in.
