      Only 29 body punches...

Danny needed to slip under those jabs and crack Joyce to the body which seems to be his Achilles' heel. Easier said than done, especially with one eye. Had he been a switch-hitter, he could've gone southpaw in the final rounds, but few heavyweights besides Fury can do that effectively. Danny is a talented young fighter but he was in against one of the greatest chins in the whole sport of boxing. It was a sad ending for the young man and we're hoping to hear some good news about his eye in the coming days.

In boxing, in as much as you give, you should be ready to receive.
Punch resistance and endurance won the day for Joyce.
Joyce chin is made from granite.

Dubois needs to learn to move his head and improve his footwork. I don't understand how these guys think they are world-class. Don't they study the greats like Tyson or Holyfield who knew how to fight taller, longer fighters? They knew about this fight since Feb. They also sparred with Joyce in the past. And the best game plan they could come up with was jab, one-two? No bodywork, no movement? Especially after seeing what Jennings did? No adjustments made to counter Joyce's jab. Very disappointing. All Dubois did was eat jabs and go back in straight lines. Just like when Groves humiliated Eubank...new trainers needed for Dubois before it's too late

The way Dubois quit, I would have thought Joyce was washing him badly when it ended. Dubois was actually ahead in the stats and on the cards.

This is interesting. DDD wasn't doing that bad. Hope he comes back healthy. But nerve injury around eye is not joke.

Dubois really screwed this one up, what let him down was lack of head movement and a plan b, every boxer/fighter ought to have a plan b, even a plan c where necessary, also Dubois needs to hire new coaches, conditioning and fitness coaches

Joe's jabs were more like power punches.
