I'm all for these, celebrity fights and exhibition boxing matches have been around for decades. 99% of people enjoyed Paul-Nate more than Rosado-Jacobs and the last Devin Haney turd.

I think he will be alright. He seems to have a great attitude and I'm sure he is used to taking some slights from people, with his height and all.

He didn't look that bad really, I picked him to win going in. Just got caught and then was a sitting duck.

Strategically all of this couldn't have worked out any better for Jake Paul. He now can make some fights with other athletes that should sell, or even try and lure a star fighter in to make some money.

So this is what socialised healthcare looks like... in my country the anaesthetist fee is in the thousands but here Jake Paul is putting people to sleep for free, and a minority too! So progressive! And I thought Joe doesn't get into office until January 20...

I'm not okay with ruining men's lives like that.

I would be just dandy if I never saw either guy ever again. The fact that people pay for this is beyond me

Idk man. To me this shows how far away from fans promoters are. Boxing fans will pay money to watch two old ass legends fight more than Bud & others who are top notch guys of the day. Fighting is fun ass fook to watch on any level to the average person. Look at some youtube videos of fights with millions of views.

Problem is boxing powers that be don't wanna give mfers the fights they wanna see when folks wanna see them. Make the fights folks wanna see & mfers will throw you money. Make the P4P guy vs the random guy fight & they won't.

I’m a cult boxing guy and hate the side show stuff BUT for nearly two decades I have told folks Nate would have been an incredible prize fighter.

He was Pac 10 Freshman of the year at Washington in Football and walked away to play BB...age would have played in the NFL.

He won dunk contests (3) not because he could simply dunk like Spud Webb but because he could absolutely fly.

I thought Jake Paul had picked the wrong athlete. I was so f u c k I n wrong yikes. I feel bad for Nate but my hat goes off to Jake Paul-was it a side show sure...did he end it in the most spectacular fashion in sideshow history...yup.

Think about it, if youtubers go at it when their combined subscribers are almost 100 million subscribers lets say. Then each one of them pay for a PPV. It makes a hell of a lot of sense to put that together than a real fight between 2 high level boxers. It's win win money for everyone and can almost be considered striking gold each time the matches are made because it's guaranteed viewers.
