To me anything he or Jones or any other over 50 boxer does in the ring neither hurts nor helps their legacy at all no matter how good or bad they look for their old age. It means nothing and is just entertainment for some who like that kind of fight. What a boxer did in his prime and near prime years determines his true legacy to me.

With as good as Tyson looked at 54 arguably better than his last few fights pre-retirement and the fact he's probably the most loved by the general public since before his **** trial.

He is not as good now as he was 15 years ago when lost to not very good heavyweights. That would be against all laws of nature. Look at his body. Does it look even half as strong as it did 15 years ago. He looked good because he was fighting another over 50 boxer. The 39 year old Tyson who retired because he could not beat good fighters anymore would still beat the hell out of today's Tyson.
