Because people want to see it; the Paul brothers have sold more PPVs than almost anyone else active in boxing. This is prizefighting, not the amateurs..... People pay to see fights and fighters they are interested in.

Think about it: the KSI-Paul fight was a razor close action fight, this was a highlight reel KO. Sounds to me like they’re giving people what they want.
