Mayweather is what he is. A great fighter who never took risks, thus could never be an All Time Great.

To have him in top 15 is blasphemous to the sport that gave us so many great wars based on great risks.

He stopped taking risks later on in his career but took a great many early and mid career. To say he never took risks simply isn't true.
