It would be at 147. Khan wants all the advantage he can get and would never agree to fight even a pound over 147.

It’s a toss up at 147. Kell just cant safely make that weight. Kell never had a bad chin before. Even in the GGG fight he didn’t go out on his back. But that weight cut, the layoffs, the different confidence, etc etc. He may be so compromised that he’s the only dude competing with Khan for worst chin at 47 lol. Doubt we ever see him there again.
