      Juan Manuel Marquez
      1. Despite his immense skills, could leave himself open during exchanges. This left him susceptible to flash knockdowns
      2. Struggled to cut off the ring and find a rhythm against quick defensive fighters
      3. Didn't always fight consistently for the full 12 rounds. Some fights he struggled in the early rounds (pac 1, Diaz 1) other times he seemingly gave away the last few rounds (pac 3, Chris john)

Bivol is one of my favourites

I wouldn’t say it’s a flaw but I think he has the ability to stop fighters, we’ve seen it but is happy to coast to a decision and get a win, but that may also be because he looks like he could probably make 168 easily , he looks small at 175, so maybe he’s just not taking risks if he doesn’t need to.

As I say, it’s not a flaw, probably just smart boxing. Just sometimes when I’m watching him, I always want him to go through the gears, because he always looks like he can if he chooses, but he’s happy to coast.

I’d say spitting out your gum shield and waiting to be waved off should be near the top of the list.

Cotto did not have weak chin . Pac was the only time he was stopped legally.

I stand corrected, he just got buzzed a few times: Mayweather, Ricardo Torres. And Manny like you aforementioned.

                Cotto durability issues

His face would swell and cut easily

Could fade in the final third of fights

                Great chin not iron though

Calazaghi had similar problems, had true one punch power but spent most fights protecting his hands, he almost chucked the sport in before he started because of it.

Took his loss like a man, no excuses unlike others...
