Team Pac knew about the testing 6 wks before, it was in the first draft of proposals give to Arum, the question remains how did Floyd know he would say no , we all know the answer he couldnt have known, and that saying NO stopped the fight from happening then, you are trying to justify saying NO to advanced random Ped testing.

Floyd didn't want the fight in 2010. He rather divert the attention to assassinating the man's character

No he didn't have to agree to all the way to the fight. At least not initially. Thats not totally on Manny sorry. He wasn't some nobody that Floyd could manipulate. At least prior to getting ko'd by Marquez.
A cut off date was on the table, Manny started at 24 days, then he agreed to 14 days that was enough. He was clearly trying to make the fight happen. Anything past 14 days that was clearly Floyd's issue. The dude obviously was too scared even with ost's, he was doing everything to not make the fight happen give it a rest.
