Not positive obviously, but that's the number range I saw floating around for Errol when it was brought up by business of boxing guys & my best guess for Danny.

These guys are normally worth not more than $2.5 million in normal times.
Thurman and Garcia made an average of $1.5 mil each when they fought each other.
Thurman is still a bigger draw compared to Spence.

Anyways, if Haymon can pay these guys like you believe,

"Errol is getting "$8M to $10M/Gtd + a likely PPV upside.
Idk about Danny. I'd guess its probably $2M to $5M + a PPV upside"

I'm not objecting to it. It's not my money doe. Hehe...
Just wondering where the money will come from.

Idk that Keef is a bigger draw than Errol in the past, present or anywhere in the future at this point. Errol has had some big crowds pre-coronavirus. Granted I bet Keef did well in the Manny fight, but thats cuz of Manny. Manny is a bigger draw than few others even today in his post-prime days. Whatever Keef did vs Manny Errol would 100% does better numbers if he fought him. Zero doubt in my mind. Agree to disagree on that one I guess doe.

And I don't think Haymon works under the same model as promoters.

Idek that I could identify this TGB guy, who promotes lotsa PBC events, in a police lineup. I'm guessing he's not getting much of the money cuz he barely fooking works it seems. So thats more money to fighters.

I think digital buys also changed the game. Thats 100% going to the guys putting on the show from my understanding. And I think cuz of that they are getting a better than 50/50ish cut with normal PPV distributors. So thats more money to fighters.

Its also not hard to come up with a lot of $ with these PPV's. I mean if it does 400k buys at $75 a pop thats $30M. If you assume half n half buys between classic PPV distributors, taking 50% for themselves give or take, & digital that means they got $22.5M to carve up between parties, promoters & network. If my low gtd numbers are right, $8M Errol, $2M Danny, that leaves still $12.5M to split up & to make everyone very very happy including the fighters getting a few mill more.

That said I get it there are expenses & yadda yadda yadda to add all in & blah blah blah, but just trying to show a easy example of how the purses aren't out of line with the revenue this fight could easily generate.

So Spence was guaranteed $1.5 million.
          And Garcia, $1 million.
