Frazier was nothing but a bar-room brawler with one arm. There's more boxing skill in a Twinky than Joe Frazier. Plus, Frazier didn't land anything of note so it doesn't matter to the point. If Joshua and Wilder fight, how are you going to explain a "no skilled" fighter like Wilder beating Joshua? The point being that George has greater skills than does Wilder., yet Joshua loses to Wilder.
