Camacho "won" but Duran was robbed

When an old Macho fought an older stone hands Duran's counters had Camacho so unsettled that by the last round he was reluctant to throw a punch because he knew he would face a much harder one coming back and Duran would probably slip his. This fight was stolen from Duran because Camacho had already signed for a mega-fight vs. Leonard. Leonard actually told him after the fight that he got a gift. Those were the days! When Duran was at his best, he was the best.

      Macho Time!

Words can’t describe how excited I am for this.

I met Macho coked out in Coney Island when his son Fought Leila. Words can’t describe how much I love Camacho, he was all man as a fighter.

You have to appreciate boxing to appreciate his style.

Chavez was hero back then but I was a Macho guy, picked him along with Bobby Cyz to beat Chavez. I was wrong but Camacho is the man. So happy this is getting made and released on Dec 4.

Hector Macho Camacho had phenomenal boxing skills. He had blazing hand speed, great ring generalship, good punching power, a cast iron chin, and great instincts. At the 130, and 135 pound divisions he was an unbeatable fighter. He was like a thoroughbred in the ring, a regular secretariat of the boxing world. If he just had, had the discipline to stay away from drugs, and the street's. There no telling just how great of a historical fighter he would've been. He beat a lot of great champions, and lost to others throughout his celebrated career.
