I feel like when he knows he is fighting someone who is at a higher level he boxes a lot better. For example, when he fought Easter jr. he was pretty smooth in there even though the fight went the other way. I would say the same thing when he fought Bryan Vasquez and Jason Sosa even though he lost that one.
However, in part I feel like when he fights someone that he does not believe is at his level he tends to get a little more wild. And believe me I'm not making any excuses for the guy but it's what I have observed over the years.
So, if he does fight Haney we'll have to see how he decides to behave in that fight after the first round. Just my opinion, of course.
I agree with all that. I'm not sure Haney beats him. Haney needs to show more than his last fight.

This would be a step up and the only decent guy that Haney will have faced and Fortuna is barely top 10. Gotta start somewhere at least.

If Devin keeps throwing without keeping his eyes open takes soo much power of his shots.
I believe the first priper top 10 dude that has power will know Devin out.
Lopez would k.o him in 3 rounds max.
That prediction is from watching both fighters and their styles.
Late to this but yeah Devin, also Shakur have to work on the physical strength aspect because it doesn't look like they will ever be big punchers. Lopez supplements a lot of his god gifted strength with weights.
