Burley Brooks is 6'2 168 lbs and can PUNCH! So Spence spars BIG which is why I think he would actually be even better at 154 maybe even 160 when he is allowed to really Bulk and Muscle Up

Dude you made all of that up lol. The biggest revenue you could generate is with a live gate. Texas is one of the only marketable states that will allow fans. For a ppv this is essential but it also takes a little time to set up. They literally delayed the fight to fit in with the schedule of the stadium.
