This very much is. That was some big smash, he could of come out of that so much worse, like dead. A very lucky man indeed. When I heard that it had just happened and saw the pictures I worried for his life and certainly wouldn't of been surprised to hear his career was over.

But he's looking as good as ever from the training footage I've seen which is great news, a very good boxer with an exciting style and if the accident has served to focus his mind more on leading a responsible lifestyle and knuckle down with what he does best, fight, then that's a win for us Boxing fans as well as himself.

Now, with that said, maybe he can grow a pair and stop hiding from Bud Crawford.

This going to be fight of the year candidate. I can’t wait to see how Spence deals with Danny Garcia’s right hand counter.

At his best Spence was utilizing footwork that he seemed to lose track of in recent fights.

Like all-time great Manny Pacquiao it utilizes corner angles while testing you to the body. It would be highly effective against flat footed power punchers.

A great place to see him exhibiting this capability is in the fight with Leonard Bundu. With his renewed focus on training, I hope we see those wrinkles in his game re-emerge.

A near-death experience like that will definitely change you.

Hopefully it is for the better..... Spence has a lot of great fights ahead of him.

            Good match up

Spence didn't look too good with wild Porter and Garcia either, Porter throwing wild punches and charging crazy makes it look like he's winning or better. Just wished they both knew how to counter punch better like Canelo and stopped Porter from rushing in. Garcia and Spence is a good match up, they both fight almost the same, head up high like ostriches and both take too long to go all out and both have knock out punches. Spence has a better chance of winning by decision because he is undefeated and Garcia has to either knock out or overwhelmingly convince judges by out punching.

Shoot he should. I quit the bottle two years ago. I come from a long line of drunks. I drink non alcoholic beers now but Gin & Brandy was two best friends. If I go back I mite end up dead. I used to drive 120mph on a dark light back road highway in my bmw. Ended up totaling my car doing some other f shttt. No hood comes from drinking but if you got a addictive personality alcohol is the worst drug. To cheap and easy to find and it’s legal.

                  An extremely lucky guy.

I hope it really clicked for him, the position he has in life. It was earned with a ton of hard work but to waste it all with alcohol and doing dumb stuff like Broner? What a waste.

He's a weird dude, the guy owns horses and wears cowboy boots with shorts and ****.

But wish the best for this guy, I hope it really clicked for him like he makes it seem.

Spence liked to hang out and drink on weekends and was celebrating after a victory. The narrative is how he was blessed to recover and not what he was drinking on weekends.

Keep doing what you are doing bruh. It took for my mom to die before I got my **** right. This month I'm 7 years sober and 4 years cancer free. I drank since the age of 13, and I beyi invented "turn up". Now I'm a very healthy 51 years old. Prayers to anyone dealing with something in their lives. Alcohol is still wrecking some of my friends lives. So please try not to judge ANYONE, unless you have walked in their shoes ❤️
