it looks like Spence is waiting for Crawford to get old now.

If anyone ages first it will be Spence. He takes on tougher opponents.
    This is the correct answer.

Spence is clearly not taking that fight. Dude went to Texas and Errol let his fans speak for him 😒
I used to root for Errol. I talked a lot of **** about Kieth not giving Eroll a shot.
        Strap Season ended early

I think he's emulating the Mayweather formula. Wait long enough till the fight is worth ten times it is today. That's why there's no sense of urgency.

Problem is not one of them is Pacquiao, who got KO'd by JMM before the fight happened. It didn't affect the size of the fight.

But what if one of them (Crawford/Spence) loses, get injured, or figured in some unfortunate mishap?

It's like it will always be there for them.
Why is the pressure on Spence to make the fight? Crawford has the best promoter of all time and the biggest sports network in America behind him. Why isn’t the pressure on him to make the fight?

And I’m not talking about comments to the press. I’m talking about really reaching out to the other side and making a serious offer to try and get the fight made.

The JMM KO didn’t hurt the PAC May fight because the KO came via Manny’s mistake and emotion, not thru some sort of tremendous decline in ability.

He wasn't too confident before his crash either. He has been very dismissive of Crawford, making excuses for not even talking about a possible fight since Crawford moved to 147.

Spence is a real good fighter, I never miss his fights but I'm convinced him and the ppl behind him are not confident they can beat Bud Crawford.
