Comments Thread For: Spence-Crawford is Tough To Make, But Needed For Boxing in 2021

Errol needs to beat Danny before he's even thinking about fighting Bud. Who knows if Errol is still the same Errol. Bud is clearly doing his thing, but if Errol ain't the same guy post-crash there are gonna be other fights folks wanna see. Bud vs Danny might be the fight.

HATE that this fight took this turn...
New pod! @ErrolSpenceJr says he wants @terencecrawford, and is down to have Al Haymon talk with Top Rank, but doesn’t want Crawford’s trainer/manager BoMac involved in the negotiations

It's a 50/50 fight in the ring, it's not 50/50 on their proven earning value.Last edited by CLUE; 11-18-2020, 11:01 PM.

Arum is Sabotaging Bud Negotiations On Purpose IMO because he knows he won't be apart of it, this is Pathetic!
Bob Arum on his comments about Terence Crawford: "I don't give a s*** if [his team] got mad at me… What'd I say that was wrong? I'll show him how much we've lost on his fights… I'm no longer in the business of losing money on Terence Crawford." [@TheAthleticBOX]

Seriously I think they need each other, that its the matchup that will bring the numbers, they will make more together than they will with somebody else, so in that I say 50/50 is fair to both guys.

Either way, Crawford should just ditch Top Rank and get the fight on his own. It shouldn't take much for him to buy out his contract

We THINK it is. I'd rather KNOW that it is.
Which requires Crawford fight Keef, Porter or Ugas so we can test him.
Otherwise it'll be MayPac all over again.

Arum is old school. Used to never be a problem outing fighters that got a big head. This modern boxing era is too damn sawft.
Crawford chose to re-sign. Crawford chose to listen to Uncle Tom Bradley. He full knows what Floyd went through yet ignored the truth. He's got nobody to blame but himself.
