Good fight, really entertaining in those early rounds until Crawford landed that tasty counter. Brook doing a great job of landing sharp jabs and outboxing Crawford in the early goings.

Crazy early stoppage though, it's a shame they stopped it without seeing if Brook could get back into it, didn't even go down just looked stunned. Real shame.

Hmmm. I may need to follow Prograis more closely. He seems to be the only one that has no problem telling Crawford the truth.
FACTS! It was funny listening to Timothy Bradley trying to make Brook into something he's not, in the intro! Bud did what he was expected to do! Didn't expect that a right jab would do it, especially so early in the fight!!! Maybe Pacquiao will give him a test? I doubt it!

Crawford is a vcious finisher. But yea, a bit more time, Brook had just adjusted from his bent over philly shell to a high guard, so he was still trying to defend himself, maybe he would have slipped one and clinched.

Take it back, he was in the fetal position.

I think the main issue was Brook being d****d over the ropes facing sideways. Also, the ref gave Kell the count and he found himself d****d over the ropes again as soon as Bud landed another shot

Did you want Brook to get brain damage? Even after the stoppage he didn't even know what hit him. He was on another planet

... I see... Brook just started to go somewhere, at some point... but the ropes prevented him to reach his target... right?

Exactly, whether or not he would have lasted much longer without getting clipped again remains to be seen. But these guys should be given the chance to prove it, especially only four rounds in without without having taken any prior punishment in the slightest.

I agree the ropes held him up after that first shot but he was definately stopped prematurely after that, not given any chance at all, crazy considering Brook's a former champion.

Yes... The ropes... Not the premature ref stoppage. Definately the ropes aha.
