        How Fraud weather and Haymon stole the Pac fight - by buying off the judges. Fraud weather knew if he just lasted 12 the judges would give it to him.           140 is when he last had decent power. from 130-140 is where he had his best offensive fights

          at 147 when he still had amazing reflexes and focused more on defense, he was good defensively before but he really tightened it up. I agree with the other guy saying some guys dont really have a clear peak as he had a pretty big shift as a fighter and it probably depends on what you value more.
