why are there always so many excuses made for crawford

This guy gets treated like a ****ing baby, how come so many other fighters can get good match ups made apart from this guy? Hes approaching his mid 30s and the way hes talked about is like a ****ing prospect 'oh yeah well hopefully he will step up his competition soon'. Everyone in the weight classes around him are taking hard fights apart from crawford yet fans make out the other fighters are the problem.
People said none of the PBC fighters wanted him, Shawn Porter calls him out (a guy with a history of consistently taking tough fights) crawford says no and he gets a free pass. Why would fighters even be avoiding him in the first place, hes hardly looked like a million dollars at welterweight and theres no fear factor there.
Other fighters get around promo problems but this guy cant? I could have sworn wilder and fury got made quick with arum/haymon working together? And lets not forget it was his damn decision to re-sign with top rank!! And if he really cant find opponents at 147 why cant he look for other weights? Surely its better him fighting josh taylor or ramirez at 140 than washed up has beens/never have beens at 147? pound for pound my ****ing arse

fans take boxing more seriously than some fighters. its just a job. a very high paying job but it pays the bills thats all. yeah he could have made more fighting pac but im sure a lot of people could make more moving to boise idaho but that place sucks so why not just stay comfortable and keep doing what you are doing? the moneys good so who cares.
