Will Crawford keep the Top Rank protection program with ESPN exclusivity or will he leave and finally step up his competition level after the Brook fight?

Didn't he have a chance to leave before and stayed? I think he likes fighting mediocre fighters for the good pay arum gives him.

He had a chance before but stayed for the easy $. He has taken more flack for his opposition lately. More people have wised up to him fighting mainly bums and faded former champs. I think he likes the easy $ fighting no hopers too. If he re-signs again he has 0 intention of fighting the top welterweights.

Haymon is very influential. But TR has that association with ESPN that might lure Crawford back.

Crawford has expressed that he only wants to get paid because in his head he is the best p4p.

They will continue to duck all top WW hiding behind a promotional company that is hard to work with.

Look how they had to almost box Arum out from the May/Pac fight.
