right-click the video when it is playing... select 'copy embed code'... paste that code into your post... done!






TIP: there will be 2 numbers in the code...

double click the first number, type 500... double-click the second number, type 300

that will decrease the video size, so it fits nicely onto the page

If you just go to share and embed it won't give you a huge resolution to start with like when you copy and paste from right clicking the video. I just figured that out the other day after posting a bunch of stretched out vids
