2 Because Spence has been calling out Canelo since a long time ago. Both guys would make huge money so if both guys want it and they will make huge money for their families why not.

I did and I still stand by what I said. I don't care that Spence has been calling out Canelo or that it takes Spence however many pounds to make 147. They're still 3 divisions apart. Canelo will make big money regardless of who he fights. The older Canelo gets the harder it will be for him to make 160 again, if he ever does. There's plenty of options for Canelo to fight at 168 and 175.

Yall keep mentioning Korobov who was a late replacement, and right after his brother got robbed in a controversial decision. He fought Korobov an Olympic caliber European with difficult style OK what about everyone else. Canelo has been fighting catchweights that he clearly has advantages over over and the weakest link Champs at 168 and 175 and yes Kovalev was the weakest 175 champ who Canelo demanded the fight right after he went through 8 week camp and fight and went right back in gym at his age. Yes Charlo will be a threat at 160 and will be a difficult fight for Canelo

Exactly. It's totally ridiculous. I woudn't doubt Canelo can get down to 160 again with the help of clenbuterol. There's no way a fighter jumps from 154 (+1, Canelo weight) to 160 to 168 to 175 and potentially down to 160 again without serious consequences unless he is using something to help him do that without sacrificing muscle mass.
Canelo is an excellent fighter but he wouldn't be seen as being half as good without the aid of clenbuterol, the judges and cherry picking old men. Honestly, what's his best legitimate win? He didn't beat Golovkin clearly and Golovkin was way past his prime. At best he deserved a loss in the first fight and a draw in the second. That doesn't prove much against an aging puncher. He got beat in the first fight but you don't win decisions against Canelo unless you're Mayweather and even then, he somehow got a draw from one judge where he was lucky to win 3 rounds. It's funny how so many boxing fans have been fooled by Canelo and his tainted meat, butcher trainers.
Money owns boxing and supercedes rules and regulations. Canelo is the golden goose and the commissions line up to do whatever they can to please him, no integrity whatsoever.

Canelo will prove to be too much for Spence. The gap in experience and abilities is too much.

This has to be one of the dumbest things I've read here. ANYONE can have great "potential" opponents! They are potential opponents because they are just options and haven't fought yet. WTF are you babbling about?

Sure Bro...Canelo fought the best MW’s - Jacobs and Ggg at 160...no catchweights! And don’t make old 36 yrs old at the time Korobov something he is NOT just bc of his Olympic background ...was Ko’d by Andy Lee and Eubank Jr! Wat was his best pro win? And If his Bro losing is an excuse - Charlo is weak mentally and emotionally...easy work for Canelo!
