How washed up is Kell Brook?

Because I personally think a fight against Crawford in his prime could go either way.

To me Spence is the best fighter in the division and Brook had some success in the first half of the fight.

    Nobody really knows

His only two losses are still to GGG and Spence, and in the Spence fight he has dropped 2 weight classes, coming off surgery and the GGG fight. So I don’t even think he was in any condition to really fight at 147.

Since then He had a pretty lacklustre performance against Zerafa but seemed unmotivated even before the fight. His other fights he won by stoppage. He’s still been winning.

So the real answer is nobody knows how good Brook still is when he’s motivated and making the weight well, which seems to be the case right now.

And If that is the case, it’s a real fight in my opinion.

It should be obvious that hes the safest sellable opponent which is exactly why Crawford picked him instead of Porter. Crawford only fights C level opponents if at all possible.

And honestly I hope the poofer wins, because at least Brook fights everyone & is worthy of belts, unlike Crawford whos going on mid 30s & still hasn't fought an actual champ level opponent at ww.

(I have for several yrs been predicting that Bud would be going on mid 30s before he'd fight anyone truly elite, because as I've said for yrs,he wouldn't have signed with Top Rank if he wasn't happy getting paid great money & erroneously called p4p #1 for beating nobodies & spent forces exclusively while never expanding fanbase beyond Omaha.)

I can see him at least going the distance. I mean Gamboa did quite easily and he's far more of a shot, aged fighter. Though Haney ain't Crawford to be fair either.

Bud by UD or late stoppage I guess.

Probably not as much as some, myself included, like to suggest, but enough that he ain't gonna beat Bud unless something wonky happens this weekend.

Kell at his best vs Bud is likely still a 60/40 Bud leaning fight. It's likely 80/20 Bud now.

We gonna see. I think he has something left, but those late rounds will be his demise

If you think it can go either way then lay some money down. The odds have tightened but Brook is still a +750 underdog

I think it could have gone either way back around the time when he fought Porter. Might put some money down anyway

                    Facts.

I do value his heart though, willing to move up against pre Canelo Triple G and Down against pre DUI/ Car Crash Spence, nothing but respect to Brook the man.

In both fights he had his moments, let the fighters fight.

                    I expect a quality fight.
