The truth is Wilder is suing Fury. And by the way Fury is the one ducking the third fight not Wilder. It just is what it is. Wilder just wanted the third fight. As soon as Fury realized he would have to fight him straight up all of a sudden the match was taking too long. Yet he can’t fight Joshua because of Covid? So why not just wait for Wilder? He acknowledges this happened and his explanation would match why Fury’s flapping glove is being used in this way... not to generate power.

As far as fight #2, here is Nicholas Asberry showing evidence Fury was doing the same thing in sparring (removing padding and putting egg weights in his glove. This happened before Fury vs Wilder one and Asberry doesn’t even care for Wilder. So why wouldn’t we need an investigation again? Waiting...

I always found it funny how wilder nuthuggers go to the first fight as proof of the “floppy gloves” because they have no evidence for the second fight. Also they forget to mention in the first fight Fury signals to the ref to help him with his gloves. Obviously something a cheater would not do. So possible loose gloves no evidence of intentional cheating
