Mosley was a big Lightweight. He’d dwarf most of the top 10 LW’s. The LW’s who are taller than him have no meat on their bones. Ryan Garcia, Commey, Easter, are taller than Mosley by an inch, but smaller than Mosley when it comes to fight night weight.

Shane Mosley also had a ton of power at 135, going 31-0 with 29 KO’s. His speed was also amazing. I’d give him size, speed and power over anyone at LW right now. It didn’t hurt that he also had skill and stamina. The total package at 135. He really met his match vs bigger opponents than him like Wright and Forrest, at higher weights than 135. But I can’t see prime Mosley having much issues with fighters smaller or weaker than him.

I’ve heard it discussed many times over the years. Most recently by Al Bernstein on a podcast and Russ Anber on another podcast.

Should do your research. Not knowing about this fight just goes to show you don’t know the fighter.

I’d bet you just picked up some talking point from a fellow hater.

Too much power, speed and ability to fight on the inside.

I believe he would beat everyone, at 135 today.

Mosley was good but nothing special at LW name me one fighter at lw that he beat that was as good as Loma? You can’t so don’t even try. So already Teo has a better win at LW than Mosley ever had in that division.

                Mosley losses to Teo.
I like lopez, and give him the best shot against Mosley..Yet I don't see him winning..Lopez would fighting off the back foot against Mosley and that would be in Mosley best interest..Mosley by ud..

I'm not that knowledgable about the 135 era during Mosley's run.
I recognize names like john John molina and jesse james Leija.

What are his best wins at lightweight and who would these fighters be comparable with (in terms of level)?

Do you say “go watch the nakatani fight” when giving an assessment of Teofimo Lopez as a fighter? Nobody looks great every time out.
                    is that you shane?? 😂

who did this roided up duck actually beat?

I’m not up on the Mosley failing tests, was he in the same bust as RJJ and Evan fields?
